These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Dayble (“we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Dayble mobile app and its widgets (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
Dayble is a habit and routine tracker. The App works without an account. Your habits, records and notes are stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy at https://dayble.net/dayble-privacy-policy/. The App is a personal productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological or other professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App if you can form a binding contract under the law of your country. If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store where you obtained it. Except where the law allows it regardless of these Terms, you may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or try to extract its source code
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or redistribute the App
- Bypass or tamper with purchase checks, feature limits or security measures
- Use the App in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others
4. Your content and your data
You own the content you create in the App. Because it is stored only on your device, we have no copy of it and cannot restore it. Deleting the App, resetting or losing your device, or changing devices without a backup will permanently erase your content. You are responsible for backing it up.
The backup and restore feature exports your data as a .dayble file to a location you choose. You are responsible for keeping that file safe. Restoring a backup replaces the data currently in the App.
5. Dayble Plus
Free and paid features. The App is free to use with certain limits, such as the number of habits you can create. Dayble Plus is an optional paid upgrade that removes those limits and unlocks additional features, as described on the purchase screen. We may change which features are free or paid, but we will not lock or delete content you have already created because your subscription ended.
Plans. Dayble Plus is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy, may vary by country, and include applicable taxes where required. There is no free trial unless the purchase screen says otherwise.
Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Dayble Plus stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, and we cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies. Nothing in these Terms limits any right to withdraw from a purchase or obtain a refund that you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, you will be notified in advance by the store and, where required, asked to agree before the new price applies to you.
Restoring purchases and changing devices. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID or Google account used to buy them, not to a Dayble account. You can restore Dayble Plus on another device signed in to the same store account by using Restore Purchases. Purchases cannot be transferred between the App Store and Google Play.
Lifetime purchase. A lifetime purchase gives you access to Dayble Plus features for as long as we offer the App on the platform where you bought it. It is not a promise that the App will be available forever.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to break any law, to interfere with or damage the App or the services it relies on, to use automated means to extract data from the App, or to misrepresent a purchase or abuse the store refund process.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, illustrations, textures, text, code and the Dayble name and logo, belongs to Dayble or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms give you no rights in them other than the license in section 3. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
If you believe something in the App infringes your copyright, email support@dayble.net with a description of the work and where it appears.
8. Third-party services
The App relies on services provided by others, including the App Store, Google Play and the providers named in our Privacy Policy, and may link to third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Changes to the App
We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or stop offering the App. If we discontinue the App or a paid feature in a way that materially affects an active subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice in the App, and you will keep any refund rights the law gives you.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reminders or widgets will always be delivered or updated on time by your device, or that your data will never be lost.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dayble is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
12. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Cancel any active subscription first, as described in section 5. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11, 14 and 15 continue to apply after these Terms end.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. For changes that are material or unfavorable to you, we will give notice in the App at least 30 days before they take effect, and at least 7 days before for other changes. If you keep using the App after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and cancel any subscription.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to these Terms or the App will be brought before the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.

15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Dayble about the App. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business. If a translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
16. Additional terms for App Store users
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and Dayble, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- Dayble, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy and third-party intellectual property claims.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
